Upon arrival at Hurlburt Field, please be sure to check in with your unit CSS. After you receive your in-processing checklist from CSS you should be directed to the Hurlburt Field Welcome Center to receive additional in-processing assistance.
The Commando Welcome Center is a family friendly one-stop shop to welcome our
new commandos to Hurlburt Field. Brochures and information about the local
area will be available to assist members with their transition.
Things to bring to the Welcome Center:
Finance PCS In-processing is held at the Finance Office, Building 90210, Floor 1. Listed on Google Maps as, 1 SOCPTS. Members new to Hurlburt Field, sign-up for a 1-on-1 appointment here! Signing up for an appointment will ensure you are gained to the base, your location entitlements are updated, and your PCS travel voucher is filed. The DoD target is for members to file PCS travel vouchers within 5 duty days of arrival and prior to beginning house hunting or chargeable leave. To allow 1 SOCPTS to best assist you, bring the following printed documents to your 1-on-1 appointment: - PCS Orders
- Official Airfare Receipt & Itinerary (if Applicable)
- Lodging receipt for TLE (CONUS) and/or TLA (OCONUS) (if Applicable)
- VPC Vehicle Shipment Form (if Applicable)
- Receipts for any commercial auto services used (Taxi, Uber, Lyft, Commercial Bus, etc. if Applicable)
